ZAGREB, July 13 (Hina) - Ahead of Friday's parliamentary vote on changes to the Primary and Secondary Education Act, Zagreb Teacher Academy dean Ivan Prskalo wrote an open letter to the parliament, the science and education minister and the prime minister, to warn them again of what he described as contentious legal changes that discriminated against teacher academy graduates.
