ZAGREB, July 7 (Hina) - Finance Minister Zdravko Maric said on Friday that Fitch's decision to upgrade Croatia's outlook from stable to positive was primarily owing to the country's performance in the fiscal policy and in public finances, and he is confident that by the end of the term of the current government, Croatia's rating will be revised upward to an investment grade.
