ZAGREB, June 29 (Hina) - Social Democratic Party (SDP) MP Pedja Grbin and MP Silvano Hrelja of the Croatian Pensioners' Party (HSU) told a press conference on Friday that they would ask the Constitutional Court to state if Article 3 of the Pension Supplement Act was in line with the Constitution considering that a 27% pension supplement was not paid out to all pensioners.
