ZAGREB, June 21 (Hina) - Justice Minister Drazen Bosnjakovic on Thursday commented on the announced measures aimed at resolving the problem of approximately 100,000 citizens whose accounts have been blocked for over three years and whose debt principal does not exceed HRK 20,000, saying that accelerated bankruptcy proceedings would stimulate creditors, as their tax base would be reduced if they decide to write off the debt, while debt collection tools will be at their disposal.
