ZAGREB, June 4 (Hina) - The mayor of the northern Adriatic city of Rijeka, Vojko Obersnel, told reporters on Monday that President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic "has clearly supported the referendum (on changes to the election system) and the referendum questions" and that he was worried about that because "as the institution that should protect the Constitution, the president can certainly not support a referendum question that proposes constitutional changes to significantly restrict minority rights."
