ZAGREB, May 23 (Hina) - Croatia fulfills all the criteria but one to join the euro area and that is the exchange rate criterion as it is not a member of the Exchange Rate Mechanism (ERM II), which it is required to be for at least two years, the European Commission's Convergence Report 2018, released on Wednesday, notes.
