ZAGREB, April 24 (Hina) - Slovenian Prime Minister Miro Cerar, the host of a summit of the Southeast Europe Cooperation Process (SEECP) which started in Brdo Pri Kranju, Slovenia, on Tuesday and which is also attended by Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic, commented on relations with Croatia, saying that his government would continue the legal processes launched over the two countries' border arbitration dispute and the dispute concerning the savings deposits of the now defunct Ljubljanska Banka's Croatian clients, but that it was "open to dialogue when dialogue makes sense."
