Ledo joint stock company for production and sale of ice cream and frozen foods, Zagreb, Čavićeva 1a, MBS: 080002964, OIB: 87955947581, responsible person: Dario Vrabec (hereinafter: the Issuer) informs that has received Statement Request and inform as follows.
The extraordinary administration procedure has been opened on 10 April 2017. The monthly reports that the Extraordinary Commissioner is obliged to provide pursuant to Article 12, paragraph 9 of the Law on Extraordinary Administration Procedure in the Companies of Systemic Importance for the Republic of Croatia shall be made from the date of his appointment (10.04.).
However, for the December 2017, no data were reported in relation with the Issuer due to the fact that the auditing of the Agrokor's financial results were commenced on 31 December 2017 hence it is to be expected that data on monthly and cumulative results will be available on 31 March 2018 and audited results will be available and disclosed until 30 April 2018. Accordingly, financial results for December 2017 were not included in the said report.
