ZAGREB, March 6 (Hina) - After a theme session of the Committee on Human and Ethnic Minority Rights that lasted nearly four hours on Tuesday and discussed the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence, the so-called Istanbul Convention, a state secretary in the Demography, Family, Youth and Social Policy Ministry, Margareta Madjeric, was unable to say when the government would send the law on the ratification of the Istanbul Convention to parliament.
