ZAGREB, Feb 28 (Hina) - The INA oil company said on Wednesday that the Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) plant at the Sisak oil refinery was not an independent entity and that its closure would not mean closure of the refinery but optimisation of the refining business to improve the company's performance.
