ZAGREB, Feb 26 (Hina) - The Croatian Federation of Tenants Associations (HSUS) sent an open letter to Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic on Mondaysaying that the proposed amendments to the Lease of Flats Act, which the government has submitted to parliament for consideration, would strip more than 10,000 citizens of their rights and turn them into homeless people and urged the government to withdraw the amendments.
