ZAGREB, Feb 14 (Hina) - Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik has managed to stir up a new political crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina by his plan to buy a large contingent of weaponry for the police in Bosnia and Herzegovina's Serb entity and by his decision to order a cut in the salary of the entity's Vice President Ramiz Salkic who represents the Bosniak electorate, over his criticism of of the arms purchase.
