ZAGREB, Feb 7 (Hina) - Slovenia's Prime Minister Miro Cerar and President Borut Pahor on Wednesday responded to European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker's statement that the Slovenia-Croatia border dispute was both a bilateral and a European problem and that the two countries had the responsibility to resolve it, saying Slovenia insisted on the implementation of the arbitration ruling and that it expected stronger engagement from the Commission.
