ZAGREB, Jan 18 (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said on Thursday that the decision by the Fitch agency to upgrade Croatia's credit rating from 'BB' to 'BB+' was an encouraging message and expressed hope that the other major credit rating agencies would also upgrade the country's rating.
