ZAGREB, Jan 14 (Hina) - Public Administration Minister Lovro Kuscevic has said that the law amending the law on local and regional government has yielded excellent results as 574 of the 576 towns and municipalities have adopted this year's budgets and this year an early election will be held only in the Muc municipality, whereas prior to the passage of the law 52 towns and municipalities were without budgets, prompting early elections.
