Related to press releases of the Association of Creditors of Former Employees of the Jadran d.d. Crikvenica from 11.1.2018., on the Lider Media website, although we have requested it several times, we did not receive a list of members so we do not have information about who the members of the Association are.
The Association, according to its own allegations, brings together 40 former employees Jadran d.d. most of which are in some form of court dispute with the Jadran d.d. in which they individually have legal representative (engaged attorney) who represents them in these disputes. Since these court proceedings are in progress, we are not in a position to comment on them.
