Pusuant to the provision of Article 373, paragraph 4 of the Capital Market Act and pursuant to the provision of Article 9 of the Commission Delegated Regulation 2016/301, JADRAN d.d. with headquarters in Crikvenica, Bana Jelačića 16, Personal Identification Number: 56994999963 (hereinafter: "Issuer") hereby publishes the Notice on the manner of publication of Prospectus for listing of ordinary shares with designation JDRNR-R-B on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange dated January 4, 2018 (hereinafter: „Listing Prospectus“).
On January 5, 2018, the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency issued the Decision, Class: UP/I 976-02/17-01/06, Reg. No.: 326-01-770-772-18-11, approving the Issuer's Listing Prospectus.
The subject of listing on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange are the Issuer's 49.131.669 ordinary registered shares, each in the nominal value of HRK 10,00 (hereinafter: „Shares“), which have been registered in the Central Depository and Clearing Company d.d. from Zagreb in dematerialised form with security designation JDRN-R-B and the ISIN code HRJDRNRB0002.
The Listing Prospectus was published on January 6, 2018 and is available to the public in electronic form at the Issuer's website http://www.jadrancrikvenica.
hr/uploads/Prospekt_Uvrstenja_Jadran.pdf, and it will be available at least for a period of one year after the date of listing of the Shares on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The shares were listed on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange on January 8, 2018.
