ZAGREB, Jan 9 (Hina) - Croatian member of the European Parliament Marijana Petir on Tuesday wrote to European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker in connection with the Croatia-Slovenia border dispute, recalling that the arbitration process which had been conducted before the Permanent Court of Arbitration was contaminated by unlawful agreement between the Slovenian arbiter in the panel that considered the matter and a Slovenian government representative.
