ZAGREB, Dec 19 (Hina) - Sisak-Moslavina County police have pressed charges against two men for war crimes committed against civilians and prisoners of war after the area of Hrvatska Kostajnica fell into the hands of Serb paramlitiaries supported by the Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) in 1991, on the grounds of command responsibility against the then commander of the Territorial Defence and the commander of the military police of the self-proclaimed autonomous region of "Krajina."
