ZAGREB, Dec 6 (Hina) - Family Minister Nada Murganic on Wednesday commented on an article in a Croatian daily which says that the national anti-discrimination plan has been changed to again include sections on gender-based discrimination, namely sections related to the rights of LGBT and transgender persons, as well as sections on reproductive rights, civic education etc., which were withdrawn at former foreign minister Davor Ivo Stier's insistence.
