ZAGREB, Nov 29 (Hina) - General Slobodan Praljak, a former chief of staff of the Bosnian Croat forces, the Croatian Defence Council (HVO), died in a hospital in The Hague after drinking poison in the courtroom after the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) upheld his trial court verdict sentencing him to 20 years in prison for war crimes, a source close to Praljak told Hina.
