ZAGREB, Nov 28 (Hina) - Public Administration Minister, Lovro Kuscevic has said that he considers that the actual number of members of national minorities in public administration is higher than what is indicated by a survey that shows that representation of ethnic minorities in pubic administration ranges from 2.7% to 3.5% depending on whether this refers to local or the state level.
