ZAGREB, Nov 25 (Hina) - By the end of this year, Serbia is expected to adopt a 2017-27 culture development strategy which favourises the Cyrillic script, even making its public use mandatory, which minorities that use the Latin script see as a discrimination measure suppressing their mother scripts, the Croatian-language Hrvatska Rijec weekly said on Saturday.
