ZAGREB, Nov 20 (Hina) - The tax reform is the biggest positive change over the past year in Croatia, while the way of thinking and mentality continue to be the biggest obstacles to investment, it was said on Monday at the presentation of the White Book 2017, held by the Foreign Investors Council (FIC) Croatia.
