ZAGREB, Nov 17 (Hina) - Croatia should take advantage of the present and next EU multiannual financial framework to boost its development to get closer to the most developed countries and only after that can it discuss making the use of structural funds contingent on social convergence, Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said after an EU social summit in Gothenburg on Friday.
