ZAGREB, Nov 17 (Hina) - Culture Minister Nina Obuljen Korzinek on Friday presented the most important elements of the Audiovisual Services Bill, which was put to public consultation recently, saying that the document lays down the procedure for the selection of Croatian Audio Visual Centre (HAVC) members , specifies their powers, and more clearly defines funding for the operation of HAVC, funding granted under the national programme for the development of audiovisual services and funding for the promotion of investment in the production of AV material, and introduced the institution of self-regulation.
