ZAGREB, Nov 17 (Hina) - Finance Minister Zdravko Maric said on Friday that the euro-bond issue of Thursday completes the first step in the financial restructuring of the roads sector, announcing that he will talk with domestic banks and that by the end of the first quarter of 2018 they will hopefully come to an agreement on refinancing an additional 2.5 to 3 billion euro of road sector debts.
