ZAGREB, Nov 16 (Hina) - Ljubljana District Court granted an appeal by Russia's Sberbank lender against a ruling whereby Agrokor's assets were protected because of insolvency proceedings, and the ailing group's emergency administration has announced in the meantime that it will lodge an appeal against the district court's verdict with Slovenia's Supreme Court, insisting that the verdict has no impact on the further course of actions of the emergency administration nor on the group's assets.
