ZAGREB, Nov 14 (Hina) - Labour and Pension System Minister Marko Pavic admitted that in terms of social entrepreneurship development, Croatia was at the bottom of the ranking in the region, and added that his ministry was preparing a 26-million-kuna scheme to boost social entrepreneurship in 2018.
