ZAGREB, Nov 6 (Hina) - A conference was held in the Croatian parliament on Monday to investigate if privatisation is the only way to improve the management of big public systems in the country such as the HEP power provider or the healthcare system, or if there are other innovative models that could improve their management as well as ensure their sustainability.
