ZAGREB, Oct 28 (Hina) - A member of the opposition Social Democratic Party (SDP) Presidency, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County head Zlatko Komadina, said after a session of the party leadership on Saturday evening that the party's new statute that was being worked on and was discussed at the session would not give the party leader sweeping powers and that its purpose was to make the party more democratic and decentralised and stop the amassing of roles.
