ZAGREB, Oct 26 (Hina) - A member of Parliament from the SNAGA party, Goran Aleksic, said on Thursday that he expected all debtors whose loans were pegged to the Swiss franc to be fully compensated for now that the High Commercial Court, based on a ruling by the Supreme Court which granted a motion to that effect by the Franak association of debtors with CHF loans, would re-examine the fairness of the currency clause for the Swiss franc for all eight sued banks as well as on the fairness of Sberbank's variable interest rate.
