ZAGREB, Oct 13 (Hina) - The Conflict of Interest Commission has decided not to launch proceedings against former Science and Education Minister Pavo Barisic, who was reported for financing associations, congresses and journals to which he had connections, but it has launched, as part of the same case, proceedings against Matko Gluncic, a state secretary at the Science and Education Ministry, for being connected with an association and a journal on whose financing he made decisions.
