ZAGREB, Oct 11 (Hina) - The Croatian Competition Agency (AZTN) said on Wednesday that due to the entry into force of the Act on Emergency Administration in Companies of Systemic Importance to the Republic of Croatia, and based on an opinion of the Zagreb Commercial Court, it had suspended administrative proceedings related to the monitoring of the market concentration of Agrokor and Mercator.
