ZAGREB, Sept 22 (Hina) - In the wake of Slovenian Prime Minister Miro Cerar's decision not to come to a meeting in Zagreb with Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic, after Plenkovic "officially" rejected the arbitration ruling at the UN General Assembly, opposition parties in the Croatian parliament said on Friday that Plenkovic's performance in the UN was a "step backwards" and that Croatia's foreign policy was "political wandering."
