ZAGREB, Sept 12 (Hina) - The Bosniak member of Bosnia and Herzegovina's collective Presidency, Bakir Izetbegovic, on Tuesday accused the incumbent Presidency chair, Dragan Covic of the Croat HDZ BiH party, of misusing his powers by claiming that Bosnia and Herzegovina's position on Croatia's Peljesac bridge project was that there were no formal or legal obstacles to that project.
