CROSCO, INA Group member made a nearly EUR 50 million deal in Ukraine
CROSCO Integrated Drilling&Well Services Ltd, signed two contracts with one of the largest oil&gas operators in Ukraine, state company Pjsc Ukrgasvydobuvannya (UGV), total value of almost EUR 50 million.
First of the two signed contract, valued at EUR 23.4 million, include drilling of 6 wells in the next 3 years. Second contract valued at EUR 23.6 million includes operations on the next 6 wells. With the new deals in Ukraine, company also records more intensive operations in Egypt and Kuwait.
In H1 2017 CROSCO EBITDA amounted to HRK 24 million, with the net profit of HRK 27 million, while the Management Board of INA recently also approved a capital increase for CROSCO.
