In accordance with the providions of the Capital Market Act and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby notify you thad the Supervisory Board Meeting of the company Ilirija d.d. Biograd na Moru (hereinafter: the Company) will be held on 21st July, 2017, at 10.30 hours.
The Report on the Company's oparations from 01st January to 30th June 2017, Investment Report by profit centers for the period from 01st January to 30th June 2017, the status of sale of tourist capacities and appointment of the member of the Audit Board of the Company will be, among other, discussed at the mentioned meeting of the Supervisory Board.
