ZAGREB, July 14 (Hina) - Economy Minister Martina Dalic said on Friday that the decision of the European Commission to refer Croatia to the Court of Justice of the EU for failing to align the 2002 INA law with EU rules on the free movement of capital and the freedom of establishment did not mean a lawsuit against Croatia, and that it was only a move that finalised the process which the EC launched in 2013.
