ZAGREB, July 6 (Hina) - The Bosnian Constitutional Court confirmed on Thursday that constitutional law provisions on the election of deputies to the upper houses of the state and Federation entity parliaments would go out of force on July 7, and concluded that the Bosniak deputies in the state parliament's upper house, by citing the protection of a vital national interest, did not have the grounds for blocking a discussion on amendments to the electoral law proposed by the HDZ BiH party.
