The Museum of Arts and Crafts (MUO) is presenting an exhibition entitled "The Classics of Croatian Photography," while the Technical Museum Nikola Tesla is presenting an exhibition entitled "Nikola Tesla - the man who lit up the world."
These exhibitions testify to the cultural potential of Zagreb, which is interesting on the international market as well, Deputy Zagreb Mayor Jelena Pavicic Vukicevic told a press conference on Thursday.
"The exhibitions are the result of rich cooperation between our two cities and I believe that they present the best that we have," she said and recalled that the next reciprocal project will be an exhibition by the famous Saint Petersburg Hermitage Museum next year in Zagreb.
The "Classics of Croatian Photography" will present 80 photographs by authors who have left their mark on the history of Croatian photography, with photographs from the 1930s to the 1980s. The exhibition will remain open until August 6, while the Tesla exhibition will be open until September 10.
