ZAGREB, July 1 (Hina) - Although under the border arbitration ruling Mount Sveta Gera is on Croatian soil, Slovenia will not start withdrawing its troops from there before the implementation of the ruling is agreed with Croatia, Slovenian Prime Minister Miro Cerar said in an interview with Slovenian radio on Saturday.
