Effective from 1 July 2017, several personnel and organizational changes will be made, following Management Board decision. The major ones are:
1. Mr. Tvrtko Perković, current Operating Director of Corporate Centre has been appointed as Operating Director of Exploration and Production where he will be replacing Mr. Želimir Šikonja
2. Corporate Centre is cancelled while its organizational units are reallocated in other functions, thereby reducing the number of Operating directors from 6 to 5
3. New 2nd L organization, Consumer Services & Retail has been established, to be led by Mr. Darko Markotić. This segment will include the Retail activities, as well as newly founded unit of New businesses and certain corporate functions.
