ZAGREB, June 29 (Hina) - The arbitral tribunal for the Croatian-Slovenian border dispute has decided that there should be a junction between Slovenia's territorial waters and international waters and that three quarters of Piran Bay aka Savudrija Bay should belong to it, the chair of the arbitral tribunal, Gilbert Guillaume, said on Thursday while presenting the tribunal's final decision on the land and sea border demarcation between Croatia and Slovenia.
