ZAGREB, June 27 (Hina) - Under the EU's low-carbon strategy, greenhouse gas emissions in the EU will eventually have to be reduced by 80-95% and by 2020 the EU will invest 17 billion euros to that end, and in the next four years alone Croatia will receive more than HRK 800 million for that purpose, it was said at the conference "Paris Climate Agreement - Challenges and Opportunities", held in Zagreb on Tuesday.
