ZAGREB, June 24 (Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has set the legal standards which are crucial for the continuation of war crimes trials in national courts in Southeast Europe, but also around the world, including the qualification of a joint criminal enterprise, which ensures the prosecution of those most responsible in the chain of command, a three-day conference on the UN court's legacy in Sarajevo concluded on Saturday.
