ZAGREB, June 16 (Hina) - The main reason why Croatia is late in incorporating the EU Audit Directive into its national law is difficulties in defining the role and position of an independent body for oversight of audit firms, and the new Audit Bill should be in parliament before the summer recess, Finance Minister Zdravko Maric said in Luxembourg on Friday.
