OTS: MCA Group becomes Newton Media SEE

Zagreb (HinaOTS) - After celebrating 20 successful years, winning a gold medal for the best efficiency measuring of a B2B campaign, winning bronze for the best use of integrated measurement and communication research, partner Darja Kupinic Gruscic becoming a member of the AMEC Board, and many other accomplishments, the MCA Group will continue its successful streak under a new name - Newton Media SEE.

From this week onwards, MCA Group will be known as Newton Media SEE. The name will change, but the goals will remain the same. With the aim of reviving the regional offer of media monitoring services, Newton Media Group wants to bring analytical products in the region, and outside it, to a new level. Another goal is to bring attention to the services for smart decision-making, by constantly updating new business intelligence technology.

Jasmina Garaj Golubicek, Board Member and co-owner of Newton Media Group SEE and Presscut’s President of the Board, said: “MCA Holding has been a strategic partner of Newton Media for the past couple of years, and expanded its international operations. Changing the name to Newton Media SEE is therefore an expression of the desire to do business under the same brand. By changing our name, our users will recognize the international character of our operations more easily.”

Recently, the Group developed a new analytical service, which received AMEC’s gold medal. By combining contents analysis and a survey for journalists, Media Revision helps companies determine the specific needs of journalists, with the aim of directing its own communication more precisely. This award-winning project was conducted in 2016 for Tesco, which used the results to improve its communication strategy. AMEC, the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication, presents annual awards for best media analyses. The prestigious award is a confirmation for high-level professionals, which Newton Media Group belongs to, as the leading group for media monitoring and analysis for Central and Southeast Europe. Members of the Newton Media Group are also the Croatian companies MediaNet and Presscut, MSA Adria, Newton Technologies Adria, Briefing Mediji and Briefing Analize. 

Newton Media Group has over 500 employees in 12 offices all over Europe, and serves more than 4000 users. “Since 2014, when the strategic partnership began, Croatian and Czech partners have been strengthening their market position in each of the nine countries they do business in (the Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Great Britain, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Macedonia), but also their market position in Europe. Today, Newton Media Group is the second largest company in Europe, by total revenue and results achieved. We will continue to improve the quality of our services which deal with media monitoring and evaluating media communication in the online and offline spheres, and that also includes our efforts to intensify investments into technological innovations”, Jasmina adds.

By drawing data from more than 20.000 print media sources, 1500 TV and radio stations, and 90.000 online sources, it seems that Newton Media will continue to offer intelligent solutions for supporting decision-making of foreign and domestic investors.
