ULJANIK d.d., Flaciusova 1, Pula (hereinafter: the Company) has on 12th June 2017 held the Company's ordinary General Assembly during which decisions, as per suggestions on decisions issued with the announcement for the stated General Assembly, were made.
The announcement with suggestions on decisions was issued on the internet pages of the Court Register of 28th April 2017, daily newspaper Glas Istre of 30th April 2017 as well as on 2nd May 2017 on the Company's internet pages, Zagreb Stock Exchange internet pages, in the Official Register of required information by the Croatian Agency for Supervision of Financial Services and sent to Croatian News Agency (HinaOTS).
