ZAGREB, June 12 (Hina) - A five-day jail term for seven of 12 youths who were arrested for verbally abusing the state secretary for sport, Janica Kostelic, on Monday drew criticism from the parliamentary Opposition who called it proof of double standards while MPs of the ruling Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) said that it was excellent that the police had reacted promptly, wondering why prompt police action was being criticised.
